Tile and grout cleaning

Mopping pushes dirty water into grout lines, so grout darkens over time even in a clean home. We identify the tile first, because porcelain, ceramic, marble, granite and other natural stone each need a different approach. Then we scrub tile faces and grout joints with an oscillating pad machine and rinse with hot water extraction, with no harsh acids. We can seal the grout and replace old caulking in showers and tubs on the same visit.
